Discovered water on the floor near our brand new washing machine the other day. Love our washer manual's troubleshooting section. Under "Washer leaks", it says, "Check household plumbing for leaks.". Couldn't possibly be their washer? Since the thing is brand new, we do think it's a partially-blocked slow drain causing a backup/overflow. Patsy thinks she knows what might have caused the blockage and I knew much better than to comment on that. Poured some Drano Max Gel down the drain last night and that seems to have worked. We're keeping an eye on the drain and a towel on the floor just in case. Still, I think it a bit absurd, even arrogant, to not even allow for the possibility that there could be a problem with the washer.
Quote of the Day
Well I'm a talking about the midnight rambler
The one you've never seen before
Well I'm a talking about the midnight rambler
Did you see him jump y'all's garden wall
And if you ever catch the midnight rambler
Steal your mistress from under your nose
Go easy with your cold fanged anger
I'll stick my knife right down your throat, baby
And it hurts
