Hey diddle diddle
The cat and the fiddle
The cow jumped over the moon
The little dog laughed to see such sport
And the dish ran away with the spoon
I think this cow could probably clear the oak tree but I think it needs more of a running start to jump over the moon. For the sake of this image, I kinda wish how now brown cow was a Holstein. Probably would have turned out better.
Today's couldn't pass up tidbit is from the Associated Press via the San Francisco Chronicle:
Under the watchful eye of team officials, star athletes are often banned from dating or marrying until a certain age, restricted in endorsement contracts and sometimes have a large percentage of their winnings taken away.
It's a rather short jaw-dropping piece on China's sports programs.
Today's QOTD is from Neil Simon's Barefoot in the Park. I started watching it last night. It's a film I can watch every 10 years or so. Robert Redford and Mildred Natwick are delightful.
8 days until football season ...
Quote of the Day
It's not that kind of a club. It's a locker room and a handball court. To sleep over, I'd have to keep winning the serve.
