The Falcons gave the Saints all they wanted yesterday and maybe just a little more. This is the world the Saints live in now. The Falcons, who totally laid down for the Eagles last week at home in a 7-34 laugher, came out yesterday against the Saints with fire in their eyes. Next up are the Dallas Cowboys Saturday night in the SuperDome. The Saints defense had better play better this week than they did yesterday.
My fantasy football team got a big lift from the Eagles defense and special teams last night that probably gave me enough of a lead to offset any performance Frank Gore might come up with tonight. Quite surprised at how well my team played although it didn't hurt that my opponent kept Reggie Bush and Eli Manning on his bench.

Quote of the Day
The Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints wouldn't stick it to us, would they?

Blog of the day is here.
Quote from said blog: "It just appears that both the Giants and Philadelphia "want" it more than Dallas does right now. And by "want" it, I mean they are more aware, more focused and their effort simply seems sharper. If you are Jerry Jones, this situation must be the most discouraging aspect of where your teams stands. How do you make an entire team understand the gravity of their situation? And how do you get them to respond properly to said situation?"
