I mentioned to my friend, Hyde, who is also a long-suffering and lifelong Saints fan, that if there will be a celebration tonight after the NFC Championship Game by Saints fans, it will be equal parts joy and relief. He thinks more relief than joy. I don't think Saints fans have ever had as much of themselves invested in a game before. To use the popular Texas Hold 'Em declaration, we're ALL IN. It's entirely too much of a burden to put on the team but they've said all along they want to win it for us. Good Luck to the Vikings and their excellent fans but

I offer one from the CrabAppleLane backyard. I was facing west from my back deck. Except for some whispers amongst the CrabAppleLane backyard bird flock, it is All Quiet on the Western Front. They must be gearing up for the game, too. :)

Good luck to the Saints, Rob, but you know where my loyalty resides.
Oh, we know...DAVE.
As for style points, when Peterson drops balls, I wish Saints would FALL on them, vice attempting a scoop-up, in anticipation of an end zone run. Get the frickin' ball, boys...
ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like i said on the swilling, if i had your number, I'd be calling...
My condolences this morning, Dave. Tough loss for you guys.
My number wouldn't have done you much good last night, ths. The ringer was off and I couldn't talk anyway. :)
Congrats to the Saints. Your boys got the job done in a close game. Well done.
It was done but I wouldn't go so far as to say it was well done. Tough, tough game.
