The summer rut is upon us. Rain, heat, work, rinse, repeat. Good tomatoes, though.
You won't get me to dispute that the NCAA dropped the hammer on USC or that they deserved it. They just dropped it on the wrong nail. They're punishing today's players and coaches for yesterday's players' and coaches' sins. The problem for the NCAA is they can't get at yesterday's players and coaches. They've all moved on. Today's scholarship athletes should have the right to not only move on but to continue to count against USC's scholarships, not their new university's.
