Even if I was inclined to pay $765 for a bottle of beer, NO THANKS.
I will spend more time trying to figure out how to copy&paste text or a url than it would take for me to type it out. It's a rather disturbing obsession.
Thin crust pizza beats deep dish all day and all night. A less disturbing and much more delicious obsession.
Not as sore this morning as I expected to be. I did about 45 minutes of shoveling hard and wet red clay last night. The septic tank maintenance crew charges about $100 if they have to do it when they come to your house. I think I'd charge more.
Today's QOTD is about New Orleans Hornets superstar, Chris Paul. Apparently, he wants out and wants to go to a team more committed to winning.

Paul can’t publicly state he wants to be traded, or he’ll be fined by the NBA.

Blog of the day is here.

It's a Dutch blog about American football. The entry I selected is about Lawrence Taylor's pending trial, I think. I don't speak Dutch and my high school German (Similar, I'm told) is long gone. Make your own jokes about the title. Check, please. -Rob

55% alcohol? That's 110 proof, right? Jack Daniel's (per my Googling) is 90 proof.
So a 12-ounce beer would be like having 8 shots of Jack or more.
Still, $765 is a lot for a single beer. Especially when you consider you'll have a dime bottle deposit in some places.
$765 is entirely too much for a bottle of beer but the price is a distant second on the list of things that are keeping me from indulging in that pleasure, Delmer.
I'm not drinking anything wrapped in road kill, even if it was free. It does go to show that the only limit to what some people will buy is human imagination. There's a scary thought.
I'll second you on the thin crust pizza.
LT, LT. If I had any doubts what that link was about they were removed by the caption there. That's apparently universally understood.
Not only will they buy it, Dave, they'll pay a lot of money for it. What concerns me now is that some of those bottles were shipped to the U.S. ... maybe to people not too far from me.
Yeah, I think the caption is self-explanatory. Self-something, for certain. :)
