A substantial portion of the mortgage crisis that very few are talking about. We mostly like to blame Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for making bad loans to poor or irresponsible people that bit off more than they can chew. It's not always the case. For what it's worth, I have sympathy for the homeowners who can't make their mortgage payments. I have something else for those who refuse to make them. Both types put the economy where it is now. What does it do for credit? Who can lenders trust?

That LeBron James insanity easily tops anything that Favre could accomplish. Loved that tweet though. The one below it is even better:
