Grilling on Sunday again. This time, it was Tony Chachere's Smoked Sausage with Green Onion just to kick up Patsy's excellent red beans and rice. Took a few snapshots on this afternoon's bike ride, too. The bike rides around here may have panoramic vistas or silly goats. Sometimes, both. They're below the jump.

Those are some good-looking sausages. Probably a good-looking goat too, I'm just not sure... I know more about meat when it's in its processessed rather than it's walking-around form.
(Man. That looks like an awful lot of s's in processessed. Why can't IE spellcheck on the fly like Firefox? Why can't Firefox run on my PC without crashing at inopportune times?)
IE crashes at inopportune times in my world, Delmer. I regularly use Firefox, IE, and Google Chrome. I only use IE because it is required for some of the websites I'm required to use. Otherwise, I would uninstall it.
