Shampoos are a waste of money. Someone will have to tell me why every one of them causes hair to do something different. Well, it will have to be someone besides that website, which is just an ad for a new type of shampoo that must take an hour to use. 4 steps? Yeah, I have time for that every morning.
Who will practice with their team first this season? Brett Favre or Albert Haynesworth. My money is on Fat Albert but I wouldn't bet more than 50 cents on it.

Quote of the Day
I didn't know anything about Charles Taylor...I had never heard of him before, never heard of Liberia before, never heard of the term 'blood diamonds' before, so I just assumed it was.

Blog of the day is here.
Quote from said blog: "I neither follow college football nor really understand those adults who do, but if one was really intent to misuse antitrust law on the billion-dollar industry, wouldn’t the discussion begin at the fact that the NCAA cartel prohibits the primary employees from being paid?"

Which is why I never spend more than a dollar on shampoo!
Which is why I never use shampoo myself. It's realpoo for me or nothing.
K-
I think I spend a little more than that, Andrea, but not much more. I go for the cheapest shampoo/conditioner-all-in-one that isn't Pantene. Something in Pantene makes my forehead dry up and itch.
Homegrown or store-bought, Kem? Wait, never mind.
I'll buy Pantene, if I can find the plain shampoo among the 857 other versions of shampoo, conditioner, or some combination of the two. :)
Isn't it amazing, Dave? The two stores I'll go to for shampoo (Target and Walmart) both have enough of it that it takes up five shelves on two whole aisles. There are only about five brands but each brand has 100 varieties for people with oily hair, dry hair, normal hair, for people who drive convertibles, for tall people with accents, etc. All of it looks alike, all of it has been picked up and put down out of place by the shoppers. Those aisles are always the most crowded because none of us can find anything we're looking for.
