Quote of the Day
Media and expectations have changed everything. Everyone’s afraid of it because if you miss a shot, if you miss a play, that overshadows the whole series, your whole career. So guys just want a ring, but they don’t want to risk losing. If you don’t want to risk losing, you shouldn’t even be playing.
Charles Barkley
Blog of the day is here.
Quote from said blog: "Why my Pilot Study and then Clinical Trial? As part of these studies, I must show how the product will be harvested and prepared so that FDA can make certain appropriate steps are being taken to help assure the product’s safety, purity and potency."

OMG! You have Run, Run, Run by Jo Jo Gunne in your collection. I am so proud to know you, Rob. I saw them in concert at the Coliseum at the Illinois State Fair Grounds (but not during the fair) in the spring of my junior year in high school. The Coliseum is where they show horses and cows and maybe pigs. And the floor, where I stood for the entire concert, was dirt and saw dust (and maybe some other stuff) and I wore sandals and it took me forever to get all that dirt off my feet. I remember it as one of the most raucous concerts I ever went to. Good memories.
You're one up on me, Marie. I've never seen them.
The knitting needle video was mesmerizing.
Barkley can spout a surprising amount of good sense at times. You just have to wade through pretty much an equal amount of nonsense.
