Crawfish Season

I think we have about another 6 or 8 weeks to eat crawfish. Eat your heart out Keith, Wade, Mark, Terry, Joe Don and all the rest of you Yankees.

I do indeed miss the crawfish (as well as fresh fish filets w/ a spear hole & free duct tape), but fresh green chile and no mosquitos does help dull the pain.....a little.

You don't need to be in Yankeeland to miss out on the crawfish. Here in South Florida you can buy them for about 50 cents apiece and they taste like dishwater.
