History in the making... Where is the happy couple registered?

Their announcement was put in the Gwinnett Post and the Macon paper. We found it in the Gwinnett Post last Sunday and Mom had David and Patrick stealing copies from all the neighbors!

Geraldine and I attended a wedding shower for Kellie yesterday in Gray, Georgia. It was a 2-1/2 hour drive from home through some pretty country. Gray is the town Kellie teaches in and the shower was at a kindergarten teacher's home. The shower was given by the kindergarten and first grade teachers. It was a very nice shower and she got many beautiful gifts. After the shower, Stephen took us to the facility where we are going to have the rehearsal dinner so that we could check it out. It is a great facility and it will be perfect for that occasion. Then we went to see the lake house that they will live in after they are married. It is a really cute house right on Lake Sinclair. Two sides of the house are surrounded by woods. They have a perfect view of the lake from their kitchen window. I think it is a wonderful first home.

Congratulations Stephen and Kellie!! Sounds like all your plans are progressing smoothly, and you even have a house lined up already. Graduation congrats too, Stephen. Hopefully you or your family will keep the blog up-to-date with "the details".
