Had a lovely evening at Mom’s with Mom, Christina, Jackson, Jacob, and the girls, Liezel and Gretel. They asked me to do some computer stuff. I got a meal out of it. I’m not sure if its Christina’s, Kevin’s, or Sue’s recipe for Chicken Enchilada Casserole but it was quite good.

This is Jacob and the girls on Mom’s new floor. Gretel is the black one and Liezel is the red one.

Just the floor. Remember the “slope down” of the previous floor? Not there any more. They did a good job.

Oh, what beautiful toes. Oh, what a beautiful boy. Oh, what beautiful dogs. Oh, what a beautiful house with a beautiful new floor. Oh. Oh. Oh.
(Thank you, Rob.)
Couldn't do much about the toes without cutting off Jacob's head or Liezel's tail. I'm just pleased the yellow walls didn't cast the tint on the images like they did last time I was there to do this. I like yellow on the walls just fine but it has always had a bad effect on my indoor photos. Until last night. Maybe my luck has improved. Or my skill. Bet on luck.
Hi Aunt Ginnie! What fun to have a new floor, but more importantly, what fun to see your doggies! So cute!

Love the floors, Mother. Robbie, thanks for taking, and then posting, pictures. I have been wanting to get there to see it and the completed paint job in the kitchen for weeks now. I just don't have the time these days. My only days off are Sunday and Mondays, but I wasn't off yesterday, was out of town the previous weekends, and today (a Monday) I will have Polina, Joe and Jim spend the day with us. Mary Catherine will be at cheerleader practice. This is a trade with Elizabeth, though I needed to have Polina and Joe over anyway. I told Polina I would like her to come over some day months ago and she asks about it every time I see her. I hear Joe is excited about it too.
I still need to see the whole kitchen and visit with you, Mom. Maybe next Monday... Your kitchen and toes look nice from the picture. Of course, Jacob and the girls are handsome too.
