I sat with Kevin a few miutes ago and watched him load the last entry. Janine was very instrumental in assisting us to finally figure out how to post multiple pictures. So after Kevin had his fun, I decided to give it a try.
These are pictures of the Bluff Top Bed and Breakfast, in Natchez, MS. It's a beautiful house that overlooks the Mississippi River. We had such a lovely time! The first morning there were two other couples there that were also celebrating anniversaries. And if that wasn't enough to indicate what a small world it is, one of the men was a childhood friend of a friend and co worker of Kevin's. And, the woman from the other couple, did some temp work for Kevin's company. I thouroughly enjoyed the weekend and would love to go back!

Okay Robbie, what did I do wrong? I tried to put add a border, and I don't know what the jpg thingy next to the first picture is all about. Let me know if you will, how to clean it up.
Never mind Rob, Kevin helped me figure it out!
Glad you got it done. They look great. You guys drove the trace?
Wonderful. That is so romantic. Louisiana has some beautiful spots, eh? Were you able to walk the grounds? Were there servants quarters or historical information about the plantation that you could access? I am going to research and make plans (she promises herself) for my getaway weekend. In the 13 years since we have been parents, we have not done anything like that.
NATCHEZ MISSISSIPPI, is very nice, and I can definately recommend it. I want to go back, maybe take Mother and the Pearl next time. This B&B was very reasonably priced, I think, and there is plenty to see there.
We drove for about 60 miles of the trace. Silly me, I didn't research it, 'cause I thought it was a hiking trail! It was a very pretty drive!
Our dinner at Monmouth Plantation was superb! I have to say the whole dining experience was fabulous! It was operated a bit like Corinne Dunbar's. The food was very excellant!
