This won't be long. Don't I have Monday things to do? I just wanted to let everyone know that Amy took the prize yesterday -- $12.25 I believe was her total from the Easter egg hunt. Lars, her brother, had 36 bubble gums and three quarters! Everyone had a wonderful time though and nobody cared about the money. You know that. The food was wonderful, as usual. And the day couldn't have been prettier. There was a large tent (actually just the ceiling and I don't know what that's called) set up with tables and chairs and although we had to sit fairly close in order to avoid the sun, we managed and the breeze was delightful.
I hope Elizabeth won't mind if I tell this little story about her family life. I was on the phone with her and she excused herself for a minute. I heard her say to Polina, "Polina, go put your apron on. It's time to set the table." This is her job and since it's in the kitchen, it requires an apron. Polina is four.
Don't you love this story?

We decided to stay close to home (I am sick, sick, sick of traffic). It was gorgeous by us, too. Fairly cool and very breezy. Glad you guys had a good time.
