Tonight was the Junior/Senior Powder Puff Touch Football Game at Collins Hill High School. Bunk was a cheerleader for the Juniors. He has been practicing for weeks. He was one of the flyers. I lectured and lectured about the possibility of serious injury from his foolishness. He is eaten up with the risk taking gene and has no fear. His head came precariously close to the ground on one throw. At half time his squad performed a wonderful routine. They won the competition over the seniors. I was not expecting the launch, however. I was video recording and Scott was taking pictures. I can be heard saying, "OH MY GOODNESS" as he was launched at least 5 yards across the field! Scott put his camera on rapid shooting but it only takes four pictures on that mode. The boys were slow in setting it up so all Scott caught was Bunk's feet in the left upper corner of the last picture. Well, he has another year to practice for being on the senior squad at the next game. Go Bunk Bunk!

Onlly David's feet in the upper left portion of the picture.

I noticed that David had "Bunk" written on the back of his shirt. Does he let other people call him that too? That looks like fun- I want to see that video!
Go Bunk! You looked great out there! I wish I could have been there to see you perform!
Looks like David was the headliner! They all look like they're having so much fun. What was the audience's response -- did they just love it? I think that last picture is funny, just showing his disappearing feet. Did he land on his feet after a somersault or something?
Oh my goodness gracious. That is still a good shot; the foot's height tells it all. Love the uniform - lime green color.
David,
Love the twists, Love the turns - I can't believe you actually trust a bunch of guys to throw you up in the air but it looked GREAT!!!!!
Sue -- if you look at the first picture, the profile of the heavy boy next to David looks exactly like Uncle Pat. Look at it and see what you think. I can't read the name on his shirt -- maybe Bird?
