The restaurant is doing well, sales increase about 4% a week which is strong in the industry so we can't complain. Phil is adjusting the menu just a little by adding The Jackson Square Burger (couldn't leave him out!) a Chicken Cordon Bleu (sandwich & salad), The Garden District Burger (grilled portobello topped with goat cheese!) and two desserts, Banana's Foster and Brownie Bites! Both are awesome! He also has a couple of new sauces that he does in house, Grilled Pineapple Ketchup and Arugula-Peanut Pesto. Next month the burger of the month will be a Cochon D'Lait (roasted pig) and in July possibly doing a gourmet hot dog (made in house).
We also had a friend who has a degree in statistics to look at the Build Your Burger Options and he came up with over 1 million different ways to build your burger.
Keep spreading the word, its appreciated!

All of my friends have raved. Congratulations.
Congratulations on the increase in sales. May they continue to climb. I'll have to pack a peanut butter and jelly sandwich when we finally get to have our chance to try it. Aaron can't wait. I have heard nothing but good things about it.
We have spread the word to Georgia, although I don't know how much that will help. But we're sporting the Phil's Grill t-shirt and koozie all the time too!
I printed a few menus for the people here but the bottom was cut off right below the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich.
Janine I do have the P B & Jake and I also still have the veggie burger. It just won't be on the menu. I'll probably keep a few in house.
Cool beans, Phil. Maybe tomorrow then. I love the menu anyway. The names and the description are great.
Congrats on your current success and may it continue. The menu sounds good and has lots of variety. Will have to stop in next time we are in the neighborhood!!
Phillip -- Just in case you've taken to watching the door for Nancy to show up -- she lives in Stockholm, Wisconsin, so it will be awhile before she gets here. It will be worth the wait though because she and John are favorites around here.
