Thank you. I had a wonderful day. I invited several of my dearest friends, and Janine (Eliz couldn't make it) over for dinner. They came early and helped my cook. I tried out several new recipes from a magazine I bought a few months ago. We had Eggplant Napolean, pasta with fresh marinara, roasted vegetables, and a lovely salad made of mixed greens, candied walnuts, sliced pear, feta, and a wonderful honey vinagrette. Everything turned out superb! We had a great time, even though my AC died on me that evening! Oh, and I forgot to mention , 3 of my guests brought petit fours and Susan made a pecan pie that was delish!
