Anne graduated from Stout on Saturday, May 10th with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design degree. Ceremonies were held at 2pm and the rain held off until we were finished with dinner. Friday evening was her Senior Show---an exhibit of final senior design projects(that will be graded)--it was amazing to see the talent, creativity and hard work that Anne and her classmates put into their projects. I've included one picture from her Senior Show. Sunday we had a small party at our house with the grandparents, an aunt and uncle and Anne's best friend and boyfriend attending. The weather was cool and breezy but the sun was out. All in all a good weekend. Congrats to Anne!!!!

I loved the pictures. What a beautiful smile on a beautiful girl. Love the dimple! I would give you an A on your project without even knowing what it was about, just because I know a huge investment of worry and planning and time went into it. And it does look good.
Nancy, these are great pictures. Anne is a beautiful girl! Congratulations to you all. I can appreciate the hard work that went into the the Senior Showcase. I wish I could see the drawings in person. They look amazing even from a distance. Brianne had a Senior Showcase, too. She worked very hard on it and was so relieved when it was over. Does Anne have a job now?
Aunt Ginnie et al: Stout is part of the University of Wisconsin system. It has been designated a Wisconsin Polytechnic University. Has an enrollment of about 8400 students. They have 3 colleges: Arts and Science, Human Development, and Technology,Engineering,& Management. UW-Stout is located in Menomonie,WI, a town of 15,000 people and about 1hr from our house. It turned out to be a great fit for Anne.
She has an appt. next week to check out an internship---hope it goes well:)
