Hope everybody had a fun and safe 4th! Happy birthday to Sarah. I picked up an extra shift(yes, for the overtime,holiday and extra weekend shift pay)--steady busy but not too crazy. People seemed surprised that urgent care or the clinic wasn't open yesterday(really people it was a Sunday and a holiday!). Watched some fireworks from the deck and to bed so I could work this am.
We didn't do anything. I hardly heard any fireworks. I suppose the economy is having an impact on the fireworks business. Heard none at all on the 3rd and very few on the 4th. We usually hear a lot more.
