Sunday doldrums
Patsy and I visited Dad in the hospital last night. There’s been no improvement since I last saw him Thursday morning. A couple of new diagnoses have been suggested, both plausible. More on those here and here. We’ve heard too many now to lock on to anything. A family member is with him at all times. It seems to calm him.
Magnificent day here in Bush. Sunshine and cool with a nice breeze. We typically get about two days per year like this. Just perfect.
Saints have a tough one today in Atlanta. The records really don’t mean anything. The Falcons have always been able to use a bit of black magic against the Saints.
Patsy made stuffed mirlitons yesterday with her very own fresh-picked mirlitons. It came out quite good but there will be improvements in the next batch. More on that here.
Installed MT-Blacklist yesterday. It was a snap. Highly recommended if you use Movable Type.
Blog of the day here.
Quote from said blog: “Today is our first as a married couple—Deborah and I were married yesterday at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Ben Lomond, in an interfaith ceremony (Jewish-Christian) that nonetheless carefully observed the original meaning of the word holy: separate."
Congratulations from CrabAppleLane Blog. -Rob

Thanks!
Mirlitons? Oh, out here in former Northern Mexico we call them chayote! Sounds wonderful!
