The chickadees put in a bid for this house every year but the bluebirds have always outbid them. Maybe this is their year.

I can see why they would put in a bid for that house. It doesn't even need a blue roof! That is prime real estate.

This one didn't quite survive unscathed, kitty. I brought it in for Katrina but I had to replace the front door. You'll have to ask the future tenants whether it needs a blue roof or not. Still, it's prime real estate even though the most I can get for it is a song.
