City Park - New Orleans - November 23, 2007

Now THAT is red! Pretty picture.

Very nice. I love some of the old oaks at City Park, that seem to grow more along the ground than toward the sky. I haven't been there since before Katrina...Need to make the trip again.

I eat lunch at City Park about once a week since Katrina, Lana. She gave it an awful beating. It was still beautiful when I started but it needed some care. I'd sometimes have the whole park to myself. Attendance is still down from what it should be but it's making a good comeback and it is much cleaner now than it was a year ago. Today was gorgeous.

Mom is right. That's like Ferrari red. I keep coming back to look at it, it's so gorgeous.
